Kendra - Online Training & Meal Planning (thru pregnancy)
I was trained by Emily as well as followed her recommended food plan during the majority of my pregnancy. It was the best decision I have ever made!
This was my 4th pregnancy and with all previous pregnancies I stopped exercising before 20wks due to low back pain. This time, I was able to exercise pain free up until the day I delivered (40wks1day). I felt amazing the entire time!!
My baby was extremely healthy, thanks to the great nutrition and exercise.
Emily took into consideration all of my needs and truly personalized each and every plan for me. I would recommend her over and over again!!
Now that baby has arrived I am continuing to work with Emily on nutrition and will get into exercising in the near future.
