This is in addition to drinking 1 gallon of water per day 

    1. Lean meat; organic, free range, wild caught

    • Skinless chicken breast
    • Turkey - white meat
    • Lean Steak
    • Fish 

 2. Healthy Carbs:

    • Brown rice
    • Black rice
    • Sweet potato 
    • Pumpkin
    • Beans  - I recommend sprouting them
    • Gluten free bread– (Ezekiel) 
    3. Fruit: Variety is key!
    4. Vegetables: The more the merrier. This should be the majority of what you eat.
