The Law of Accumulation

The law of accumulation.
Everything we do in life is cumulative so all the good choices accumulate and eventually pays off just like all the bad from the past accumulates and creates disease, illness, extra weight, metabolism difficulties and more.
After months or years of bad habits, skipping the gym, neglecting food prep, not feeding our bodies the nutrition it really needs, not addressing nutritional/ supplementation deficiencies and so much more just creates a body that takes that much longer to cleanse and heal.
When we do our food prep and we hit the gym hard and don't see results in a few weeks or a few months it can get really frustrating! Especially when we see that some people already at their goal. We can easily start to think we are the only one who has to be patient. This is when we need to remind ourselves of the concept of accumulation.
Always remember this rule:
Negative things accumulate in our life and we suffer the consequences.
Positive things we do accumulate and it all pays off tenfold!
Keep doing what you're doing and you know that you were moving in the right direction and absolutely nothing worthwhile is built overnight. The biggest issue with most people is that they want everything to happen too fast and get super frustrated when it doesn't. This is totally normal and very human. But patience is a virtue that is so critical in this whole process. I know you will go through phases that it can be quite confusing and even frustrating and I'm glad you express it to me so I can help you put it in perspective.
So every single workout and every single meal prep you can know you're adding to the accumulation of good results you will begin to see more and more every day.
