Cleansing & Your Body. Everything you need to know!

It is imperative that we cleanse the internal organs. This is due to years of exposure to chemicals in both our environment and processed foods.

The internal organs that require cleansing are the kidneys, liver, gall bladder and colon. We must also eliminate opportunistic Candida Yeast and heavy metals that accumulate in the body.
Of the 80,000 chemicals that have been added to our environment since 1900; 20,000 are known to cause cancer. I am not saying that we have to live in a bubble; however we must learn some simple ways to avoid toxins. Here is a small list of the known sources of toxins that make us sick. The toxic overload from chemicals is a cumulative effect, meaning that the more exposure you receive; the more chemical residue builds up in your internal organs, thus making you sick.

Cookware
Plastic water bottles, aluminum pans, Teflon pans, saran wrap, aluminum foil, plastic storage containers.
Foods
MSG, mercury, fluoride, pesticides, fungicides, fertilizer, preservatives, food additives, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, and hydrogenated oils.
Cleaning Supplies
Scented detergents, soaps, bleach, spot remover, carpet cleaners, fabric softeners, and household cleaners.
Furniture
Most inexpensive furniture is constructed with particle board. Particle board emits toxic vapors such as formaldehyde, a known cancer-causing agent.
Clothing
Nylon, polyester, acrylics, spandex, and dry-cleaning chemicals.
Home
New carpets, mattresses, pillow, new paint, and air fresheners.

Beauty Products
Our skin is the largest organ in the body. While it offers protection from microorganisms such as germs; skin is also permeable, allowing environmental toxins to penetrate. Personal care products are the largest source of toxic absorption through the skin. Perfume, cologne, shaving cream, skin lotions, aftershave, toothpaste, soaps, shampoos, deodorants, nail polish, sunscreens, fluoridated tap water, hair dyes, hair spray, lipsticks, cosmetics, antibacterial lotions and soaps.
Xenoestrogens
These chemicals are endocrine disruptors. They mimic estrogen in your body and have been linked to:
Early puberty
Breast cancer
Vaginal and cervical cancer
Endometriosis
Decreased sperm count
Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer and BPH
Avoid products containing parabens:

Ethylparaben
Methylparaben
Propylparaben
Other poisonous Xenoestrogens:
Octyl Methoyxcinnamate
Octyl Dimethyl PABA
Benzophenone-3
Homosalate
4-Methylbenzylidene Camphor (4-MBC)
Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT)
BHA, EDTA
Cresol, Glycols, Nitrates
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)
Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES)

Hair Dyes

Here are some facts from “Shades of Risk” – by Shelley Page:
The January/February 2005 issue of Public Health reports that the use of permanent hair dye is one of the largest factors among men and women, that can increase the risk of developing bladder cancer by up to 50%.
In 2004, a study by Yale researcher, Tong Zhang found thatlong-term use of permanent hair dye in dark colors doubles a person’s risk of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

In 2004, the Environmental Working Group stated that “70% ofall products contain ingredients that can be contaminated with impurities linked to cancer and other health problems.”
Antibacterial Soaps

These soaps must be eliminated. They are just as dangerous as antibiotics because they kill both good and bad bacteria. When good bacteria are destroyed it leaves the body more susceptible to illness from harmful bacteria. Children must avoid antibacterial soaps because it is healthy for children to come into contact with germs. This exposure is what helps build the immune system.
Children using antibiotics and antibacterial soaps develop allergies and asthma. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) states that washing your hands with ordinary soap and water is sufficient.

Internal Organs

Liver
The liver is the largest solid organ in your body. It performs more varied jobs for you than any other organ. The liver creates glucose, the bodies only chemical that gives us pure energy. It also creates digestive fluids needed to digest foods. The liver creates hormones, cholesterol, breaks down fat, kills bacteria and viruses; synthesizes protein and stores immune cells, iron, and vitamins A, B-12, D, E, K, and much more.
It’s your liver’s job to convert carbohydrates you eat into glucose. When we need energy anytime throughout the day or night, the liver releases this stored glucose, giving you an energy boost. Keeping your liver healthy and clean simply helps you have all the energy you need, whenever you need it!
When the liver is clean and healthy it contains millions of immune cells. These cells are the backup system to your liver’s detoxification ability, killing and eating bacteria, viruses, fungus, parasites and any harmful toxin, poison, or chemical in the body.
Your liver is the ultimate detoxification organ in your body. Most of the food you consume is dusted, dipped, sprayed, mixed, colored, flavored and preserved with thousands of different toxic chemicals and then packaged in toxic containers. Imagine what’s in the water you drink and the air you breathe. – Dr. Richard Schulze.

Everything we eat and drink is digested and travels from your intestines to your liver first. The liver then produces enzymes and other chemicals that neutralize all the harmful and toxic substances in your food, water, and air before entering your bloodstream.
Another function of the liver is to eliminate poisons from our blood that are accumulated through the foods we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe. These poisons get into our bloodstream, kill our cells, create tumors, cause cancer, and ultimately cause death.
The bottom line is that it doesn’t matter how healthy you think your eating habits are. If you live on this planet, if you’re a human being who eats, drinks, and breathes, your liver has been attacked, damaged, and compromised. Your best option is to obtain and maintain a strong and healthy liver by cleansing it regularly.

Colon
Most specialists now agree that a poorly functioning digestive system is the root cause of most disease. The small intestine is 27 feet long and if spread out covers the entire length of a tennis court. The small intestine must be alkaline (at a pH of 8.2 – 8.5) in order for digestion and absorption of nutrients to successfully occur through the intestinal wall and into the blood stream. When the small intestine is acidic from poor acid/alkaline balance, digestion will be severely impaired.

Impaired digestion causes symptoms such as:
Heartburn
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Indigestion
Spastic Colon
Acid Reflux
Chrone’s Disease
Gas
Diverticulitis
Bloating
Polyps
Constipation
Eventually Colon Cancer
Diarrhea

Unfortunately these conditions are primarily treated with medications. The medication is only masking the symptoms while the cause of the digestive disturbance has never been addressed.

The Root Cause of Disease
When the small intestine is acidic, food cannot be broken down properly into microscopic pieces, to be passed through the intestinal wall and into our blood stream. Our blood stream is called our river of life. If we are not producing healthy blood to nourish every organ tissue and cell in our body with oxygen and nutrients; disease starts to develop in the body at a cellular level. Our blood is dependent upon a healthy digestive system. Now when food particles are not broken down properly in the stomach and small intestine, the undigested food particles start to rot, ferment, and putrefy thus creating symptoms like: gas, bloating, heartburn, indigestion, acid reflux, constipation and diarrhea. If left untreated this leads to chronic conditions like:
Chrones disease
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Diverticulitis
Polyps

Colon Cancer
Unfortunately the chaos doesn’t stop there. The human body is designed to have a bowel movement after every meal, 3 meals a day equals 3 bowel movements a day. This is called a gastro-colic reflex. The stomach expands from the ingested meal simultaneously causing the colon to contract thus pushing out the waste in the colon to make room for the next meal. Most Americans are chronically constipated; they are only having 1 bowel movement a day. This means the other 2 meals stays inside the colon rotting and putrefying. In one week there could be 10 or more meals trapped inside the colon. The average person has 5 pounds of undigested bowel in their colon. This bowel left inside the colon continually rotting and putrefying eventually gets reabsorbed through the intestinal wall and into the blood stream. Now the poisoned blood is carried throughout the entire body giving birth to the 150 degenerative diseases known to man. This process is known as Autointoxication.
It is critical that we alkalize our small intestine as well as clean out the crap that is lodged inside the colon. Unfortunately the colon cleanses advertised on T.V as well as in health food stores offer only minimal results. “The Anwser” will show you the best approach to a safe and effective colon cleansing program to eliminate all the accumulated waste in the intestines.

Biomechanics of Organ Cleansing
Think of the internal cleansing organs (Kidneys, Liver, Gall Bladder and Colon) as a sponge and filter for the blood. When a sponge gets full of water the excess starts to drip out. When the organs are clogged and dirty from toxic overload the excess toxins spills over into the blood stream. Think of these organs as an oil filter on a car. When the oil filter gets clogged and dirty, the oil gets thick sludgy and eventually causes the engine to break down. This is exactly what happens to our blood stream when the filtering organs have never been cleaned. Imagine driving a car for 65 years without changing the oil or filter. This is exactly what we are doing to our body if we don’t routinely cleanse the organs. The blood eventually gets thick, toxic and oxygen deprived.
Thick blood is an epidemic in America. Thick blood is not caused from an aspirin or coumadin deficiency. Therefore thick blood should not be treated chemically with blood thinners. The true cause of thick blood is clogged cleansing organs. Thick blood causes the heart to pump much harder. When the heart has to pump thick sludgy blood throughout the entire body this raises the blood pressure.

Now the heart has to beat more often thus increasing the pulse. Think of the heart as a machine, any machine that is overloaded will wear out much faster. After years of overload the heart starts to slow down, now blood starts to back up into the lungs causing a condition known as congestive heart failure. This eventually causes water in the lungs and swelling in the ankles. Instead of treating the symptoms of heart disease with blood pressure pills, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, diuretics and coumadin, why don’t we address the root cause of the problem; weakened clogged internal cleansing organs that have never been cleansed? By the way taking 1 aspirin a day to thin the blood and prevent heart disease is no longer recommended by competent medical doctors. They have discovered the fact that this aspirin therapy is actually causing heart disease. Most of the research conducted on aspirin therapy was performed by Bayer Pharmaceuticals. No wonder why they are recommending 1 aspirin a day. This is lie a fox guarding the hen house.

Candida Yeast
Candida is Latin for yeast in the body. Candida is a type of fungus that flourishes in an acidic body. Candida can be found normally in a healthy digestive tract. Unfortunately, Candida grows very rapidly and can overrun the entire body. We commonly hear of Candida infections by women getting yeast infections or children getting thrush. The reality is Candida goes way beyond these two conditions. Candida yeast is opportunistic and it preys and thrives on weakened areas of the body. Candida lives on sugar and thrives in an acidic body. They deposit their waste in our cells and our blood stream, further polluting our body.

What causes Candida yeast overgrowth in the body?
Candida is the result of consuming processed foods, antibiotics, birth control pills, steroids, chlorinated water, heavy metal toxins, pain killers, cortisone
drugs, caffeine, nicotine, vaccinations, alcohol, coffee etc.
Candida Symptoms
Yeast Infections
Sweet Cravings
Nail Fungus

Okay, you and everybody you know have some of these symptoms. A big reality is the fact that you probably do have Candida growing in your body and you need to get it out.

Candida Tests
There is a simple at home test that you can do to see if you suffer from Candida. 85% of Americans have Candida in their bodies. When you wake up in the morning, before you eat or drink anything, produce saliva and spit into a clear glass of water. Within 1-30 minutes if there are little strings coming down from your saliva, if the water turns cloudy, or if your saliva sinks to the bottom-you have Candida. Healthy saliva will simply float on the top. There are many different Candida cleanses on the market. Unfortunately most are a complete waste of money. “The Answer” will teach you the most effective way to eliminate Candida from the body.

Heavy Metal Toxicity
Heavy metal toxicity is a very serious health concern. The most common heavy metals found in our environment that pose the greatest risk are:
Lead
Cadmium
Mercury
Arsenic
Aluminum
Heavy metals are found in various products such as: toothpaste, deodorant, cookware, packaged foods, seafood, water, dental amalgams, cigarettes and much more.

Common symptoms associated with heavy metal toxicity includes:
Cancer
Pain
Irritability
Memory Loss
Numbness
Weakened Immunity
Digestive Disturbance
Allergies
Fatigue
Depression
Zinc deficiency
Exposure to toxins has a cumulative effect in the body, the longer you wait before you cleanse the sicker you get.

Parasites and Worms
We are succeptible to parasites and worms invading our bodies on a daily basis. Parasite exposure can be caused from contaminated water, undercooked meats, sushi, improperly washed fruits and vegetables, contact with pets and other infected persons and overuse of antibiotics and tissue over-acidity. According to Alternative Medicine, “The Definitive Guide,” A complicating factor of parasite infection is that most people that have parasites don’t know it.

Medical researchers are beginning to recognize that parasite infections contribute to a variety of major diseases including:
Chrones Disease
Ulcerative Colitis
Arthritis
Chronic Fatique Syndrome
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Diarrhea
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
